Company Information   Jim and Nancy Patterson Patterson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. (PPH) was founded in the fall of 1984 by Jim and Nancy Patterson. After working in the plumbing and heating industry for over 20 years, Jim made the decision to open his own company at the advice of many of the customers that he had been serving as an employee of another company in Pueblo. OUR MISSION: "To Build 'Peace of Mind' in Ourselves, Our Customers, and the Community Through Integrity and Proficiency." PPH enjoyed a steady growth during those early years of its existence and ultimately saw the need to begin hiring additional employees.  Jim and Nancy's sons, Jeff and Rick Patterson, eventually came to work for the family business and were taught the same high standards of customer service that had grown the business to that point. Jim  and Nancy Patterson retired from the daily function of the business in 2000,  leaving Jeff and Rick to manage and continue to grow the family business using a very high level of customer service, a concept they call "knock your socks off service" to propel the business into the future.   Jeff and Rick Patterson Jeff and Rick Patterson formally took over the business from their parents in January of 2004 and look forward to the continued success of the busines, as they keep raising the bar on their competition to provide a higher level of service for YOU, the people that matter the most.
